If you are interested in exhibiting, please request a booth through our online registration page. Booths are free for non-profits, government agencies, and students. There is a small fee for business and industry exhibits. Exhibitors will set up an in-person exhibit and communicate with attendees that visit the booth.

Electricity can be requested, but you will need to bring your own 10′ extension cord. Exhibit set-up starts 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22nd, and Exhibit Tear Down is expected no later than 4:00 PM Thursday, October 24th. Also, please notify conference planning staff if you plan to bring a stand-alone exhibit and therefore do not need a table.

Registrations to attend the conference, networking events, and tours are purchased separately.

We allow one person to “man the booth” without having to pay for registration. This means that exhibitor is not to attend sessions or partake in meals. If you wish to send someone additional to man the booth, they will need to purchase a registration. Following the conference, an attendee list will be provided with the name, organization, and email of those attendees who “opted-in” to be listed.
